Eat: The menu is themed “First Date Food.” No mess, no raw onions, and we’re going Dutch – Duck Crostini, Salmon Peppadew Mousse, Quinoa Stuffed Grape Leaves, Wild Mushroom Risotto Fritters, Creme Brulee. Drink: Plenty of complimentary beer/wine tastings. Gift: A custom gift from The Chow Brothers: a glass wine carafe to enjoy at home. Activities: Icebreakers, chill atmosphere, free flowing convo. Attire: Be yourself.
